Previous Staff Experience:Yes, I have lots of staffing experience. I have been pretty much every staff rank you could think of. You say a rank, I have been it. In that time of being staff on multiple servers, I have gained lots of experience, including lots of knowledge in plugins that lots of servers use. I can even configure plugins and I am working on learning how to develop plugins, but that's a work in progress.I have also learned how to manage staff very well. I was a manager on a server called MysticFactions for about 3 months, and that server had about 30-40 players on a day, sometimes it was slow, but I could manage. Unfortunately, that server got ddosed and griefed, and it never really got built back up. Finally, I have l have learned to deal with players directly, and I have become more social in the time that I have been playing Minecraft and been staff on servers.







Any plugin experience?: Yes I am a very good dev, as that is not what I am applying for that is what I am best at so if this gets denyed I will probably apply for dev!

Strengths and Weaknesses: My strengths are I can be on for long periods of time. I don't have a short temper so I can take it if there is someone annoying on th at talks smack. I can world edit and use pex. my weaknesses are I can be on for long periods of time but I cant be on for multiple days, I can be on for like 3-4 days a week.







Why should we accept you?: You should accept me because I know how to be a staff member, I have been a lot of staff in my past and I don't have to be told twice to help a player and normally not even once because I am already helping them! I know how to use pex ( so if any staff members don't have a command and no devs are on I can help with that )

Why should we choose you over other players or Why should we chose you as staff?
There are many reasons I think I should be chosen as staff over the other applicants. I will share three main points explaining why. First point, I like to work, in Minecraft, and as well in real life. My work ethic has shown in all the work I have done in my life, and I am told by my co workers or staff members that I am a great worker and it shows through what I do. I am also very passionate in what I do, helping servers become the best they can be. The second point is, I think of my self as a leader, a great one indeed. I think my friends and family, and staff members from past servers, also would think so and would label me as a leader. I think I have the characteristics to be a great leader. I very honest, that comes with my personality. Also, when I see something small that needs work, for example, you server, I have a feeling that I want to make it bigger, better, and stronger. I have been in many situations that I have had to stand up and be a leader. And those types of situations made me a better leader. The third topic I want to explain is my maturity. I would say I am a very mature person for my age.I am told by my family and teachers, even friends, that I am very mature. That is because I want to set a good example so I can look good. If i'm not mature, then I would look disrespectful and unkind in some situations. I know when to be funny and when to be serious, which can make my attitude look better to my peers. This is why I should be picked over other applicants.

What can you provide for this server? *
Like as the last topic, I am going to explain my different qualities, and what I can bring to the server. So, the first thing I can provide for the server is my server-side abilities. As I have mentioned, I have experience in lots of plugins and I know a huge range of commands that are included with those plugins. I have knowledge of what commands/permissions the average server gives every rank, and I know how to use the basic commands for them. The second thing I can bring to the server is my console-side abilities. Yes, I know with my first rank I get, if accepted, I won't have access to the console, but if any staff member with access to the console and is having issues/problems with the thing they are trying to do, I will help them, as I know how to configure a vast range of plugins that most servers use. I can also help suggest plugins and things like that that can be added to the server that will help it out. If I ever would get to a rank that had access to the console, I would use it wisely and help out the server to the best of my ability with it. Finally, another thing I can provide is my great abilities in contact with the players and staff. I love people, and talking to them. I am very social and I have no problem talking to anyone, whether it is on the server or on discord. (Yes, I do have a mic) I also give advice to people struggling on the server. I can even break up fights on the server, if any were to ever break out. So, this is what I can provide to the server, and I believe all these things will help the server succeed and grow.

If you were in a situation you didn't know how to handle, what would you do?:If I got into a situation that I didn't know how to handle, I would do as much as can. I would apologize to the person I couldn't help. Then, if the problem/situation hasn't been resolved I would immediately contact another staff member who does know how to handle the situation.
